Guestbook World will provide log files for all activities to law enforcement when requested to do so by any law enforcement individual with proper credentials. If you are under 13 years old, you must get a parents permission before signing up for any services by GuestBook World. Guestbook World reserves the right to delete your data at any time for any reason without any notice to the end user. Do not use this service to host adult, racial, or continuously offensive content! Under no circumstances will Guestbook World be held liable for the contents of the member Guestbook, Email messages, or Poll contents. Guestbook World has no obligation to uphold the integrity of your data should any type of hardware or software related failure arise.Guestbook World reserves the right to change these contents at any time. For this reason, you are encouraged to check this page from time to time.If you create any account hasn't been used after thirty (30) days, we send you an email and request a confirmation claiming that it is indeed in use. If it is not in use, or you do not respond within three (3) days, your data may be deleted.
